Established in November 2021, TSAI
YING CLEAN ENERGY (TYCE) is the
first hydrogen fuel cell electric bus (FCEB) operator in Taiwan and
has created a business model of professional system integration
services to provide customers with total solutions to the electric
bus operation. As countries around the world are committed to
the realization of carbon neutral policies that hydrogen FCEBs
are the ultimate products of large electric public buses. TYCE
gathered Taiwan's rich experience in mechatronics and industrial
supply chain to jointly build the first hydrogen FCEB suitable for
Taiwan. This move will create a blue ocean market for electric
buses in Taiwan and break through the current development
obstacle in endurance and high operating costs of electric buses.
TYCE will build urban and intercity hydrogen bus certified vehicles
in 2024 and enter the testing phase. After that, TYCE's FCEBs
will be gradually extended to six special municipalities to enhance
Taiwan's image in the world, and to improve the local content rate
and international competitiveness of domestic electric buses.
TSAI YING CLEAN ENERGY is located in Kaohsiung, the port city,
and our research center is based on Yanchao Dist., Kaohsiung
City. TYCE adheres to the spirit of ESG (Environmental, Social
and Governance). Combining the academic and research as the
backing, TYCE looks forward to turning the sky back to its azure
and contributing the greatest effort to reducing the carbon emission,
improving the air quality, and enhancing benefits of circular
economy in Taiwan.
